It is easy to grow and easy to take care of. If you’re just starting out with this hydroponic gardening technique, then planting lettuce is your best starting crop.

You can harvest this all at once or snip a bit of the leaves at a time for a continuous harvest. 

Tomatoes

Tomatoes are vine crops known for handling indoor gardening well. They also thrive well in a hydroponic setting.

However, you need to make sure that you have plenty of grow lights on hand to ensure that they bear healthy fruits.
