Is This The Same Teresa From Past Seasons?!
Isn’t the first thing you’re taught as a kid is to not swing at bees?! Why are these people swinging at bees in Margaret’s backyard.
Teresa said that this is the first time she’s going to see Joe since her mom passed away, that seems like an awfully long time… And this conversation she’s going to have with him is going to be very difficult for both of them. It’s hard enough when you talk about something like this when you are together all the time and you can keep revisiting it and hashing it out and finishing up everything. But, this would be hard almost like a hit and run type conversation.
Dolores and her ex-husband, Frank, sure look like they’d be happy getting back together…
I guess I’m going to say this every episode, but this is a completely different Teresa than we’ve ever seen before. She never would have thought about apologizing to anyone much less their children for something that she said. Every episode she just blows my mind because she’s not the same person as any other season. Teresa would be deflecting, defensive, throwing it back on them, not even sitting at this table discussing this with her daughter, this is just a completely completely different Teresa. She’s truly remorseful… wow…
I know I keep saying this but she did it again while she talked about Melissa and how Joe should have told Melissa about the restaurant because business decisions affect her… That came very honest to Teresa from what she’s been through. But, wow, she’s just a whole different person.
For Siggy to go to this grand opening of Gorga’s and completely ignore Margaret and not want to meet her mother or even say hello to Margaret proves she didn’t listen to her father, at all. Her father said for her to be polite, but, not to talk to her about anything, which was pretty much what she said she was going to do anyway. But, then she goes into a very small room with very few people and decides to completely snub Margaret. It’s obvious that she’s ignoring her, which just brings up more drama.
She just can not figure it out, and it is beyond me how she is involved in empowerment stuff and helping women work through things and she can’t even do this one tiny little thing. You can’t just spout stuff and tell people how to act – you have to live it… I wonder if she’ll watch the season and choose to look deeper and change this craziness.
