Teamwork & Misplayed Idols
The castaways get physical during a classic water challenge, and a pair of castaways on the outs tries to shake things up. Survivor Ghost Island, Season 36, Episode 4, Trust Your Gut, Aired 3/14/2018
I’m kind of shocked that Chris isn’t stronger than what he is, during the immunity challenge it looked like the other team was able to get their piece of track pulled down way easier than Chris was doing it.
It’s crazy how far behind Naviti was in this challenge and they came out to win at the very end. That’s just crazy. They seemed so fragmented at their camp in who they don’t want to keep and who they do want to keep and all that stuff. But, in the reward challenge and the immunity challenge they came together as a team. After the reward challenge Laurel was so exhausted in the water and they went into the water and pulled her out.
At the end of the immunity challenge they all piled on each other and hugged each other they really are working together as a team.
That was a pretty smooth move, by Michael, at tribal trying to throw everyone off their game by revealing the idol and saying what he said about it.
Brendan went home, their plan did not work. The sad thing is if he hadn’t said anything about Stephanie he would still probably be in the game.
Naviti seemed to be the tribe that was so divided there was no way they could accomplish anything. However, they were able to win both the reward and immunity challenges even when it seemed there was no hope. They have pulled together as a team for the challenges. Malalo is still quite divided and seemed so even up to the time to vote at tribal, yet, the vote was pretty straight down “party” lines.
