Project Runway: Bungee Cords Gone Wrong
The final six! This unconventional materials challenge it is a good point that Tim hasn’t used his save. You have to know they are all hoping when they get voted off that he thinks enough of their work to save them.
Especially after the twins going home and how that all came about, I feel like Margarita and Michael need to keep their eyes on their own paper. They like to stir up trouble for everybody else, they’re watching everything that’s going on in the room instead of concentrating on what they are doing and paying attention to themselves and their work.
I think it’s hilarious that Margarita’s looking around the room saying who’s in the running for the top three and she says at this point it all comes down to taste… as the camera scans her knee pad bustier LOL
After all the trouble that Brandon went through in this challenge – he pulled out a super cute look!
Kentaro’s outfit didn’t look like Pocahontas until he did her hair like that and added those shoes… but, the model was right. she looked like Pocahontas is fixing to play football.
Ayana’s outfit looks cool, she could be like a new Wicked Witch of the West. That’s how it looks to me, pretty cool.
Kenya was worried about her look being all black and the wide hips, but, it was cute!
I know that Margarita’s outfit is colorful, but I think I like Ayana’s way better.
Michaels hair and makeup did not help his look either it added to the “hooker” look they discussed.
I agree Margaritas look is superhero-ish/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.
the fact that Ayana took the time to actually paint the underneath skirt that you couldn’t even see, Zac found and pulled out and showed everybody, just shows how much more thought she puts in.
Ayana for the win!
With Michael and Kentaro both in the bottom it looks to me like their styling didn’t help either one of their looks. Kentaro’s styling made his outfit look even more like an Indian outfit than if he had styled it a bit differently.
Michaels outfit made his girl look even more like a hooker with the styling of the hair and the lipstick.
I’m kind of shocked, I completely expected Tim to give Michael the save, but, he just sent him packing. Not that I think it was the wrong choice, I was just totally shocked. But it has to stink to go home on an unconventional challenge, one that doesn’t really showcase who you are as a designer. Because in the real world you don’t have to design things out of nothing or out of materials you never use.
