Elise Or Josh Who Do You Think Should Have Been Sent Packing?
This week we picked up where Chef Ramsay had just switched Robin to the Blue team and Josh to the Red team. Josh needs to stop talking down to these girls, it’s not going well.
The thing I don’t get is why the Red team doesn’t understand that as long as they continue to let Elise do what she wants, Elise will continue to do what she wants. Why are they complaining about what they permit?
Elise: “I’m using the Salmon”
Red Team: “we’ve already called Salmon”
Elis: “I’m going to cook with Salmon”
Red Team: “but, we already called it”
Elise: “I’m going to cook with Salmon”
Then they go on camera and say “you know what, I’m just going to let her have it…”. Why don’t they see that nothing will ever change if they keep that up? That’s the same game children play and you don’t let them get their way all the time or they’ll end up ruling the family. Which is exactly what is happening here, Elise is ruling this team – whether they like it or not, because she is doing whatever she wants.
The Red team loses the challenge and they have to move manure from the stables at a horse ranch while the Blue team gets to go horseback riding. Josh gets in another fight with his team over moving manure…
Josh needs this book: How to Win Friends and Influence People.
Then we see a time lapse where Elise is standing around in the kitchen for what seems like ages doing absolutely nothing as the rest of her team run circles around her. At one point someone asks if she can help them and she says no… What a team player…
Josh ends up whining that the girls aren’t giving him a fair shake and he messes up and gets thrown out of the kitchen.
Then he decides to come back in…
that’s like playing Russian Roulette… you never know how Chef Ramsay will take it when you try and come back…
He did not take it well… that’s the end of Josh – right out the front door during service! Very unceremoniously… Bye, Josh…
So no one lost the dinner service and no one had to put anyone up for elimination, it was all Josh.
What did you think about how he was acting? Did he deserve the boot? Which team do you think is doing better, so far?
